Farmer

The Lokall-boxes are prepared by Stefan, a 26-year-old local and organic farmer.

His farm is in San Genesio, 18 km from the center of Bolzano. He cares about the impact his work has on the future, from cultivation to consumption and is working hard to preserve our fertile planet for future generations.

Stefan’s mission is to provide his surrounding area with biologically produced food in order to create regional cycles.

He cultivates three hectares of arable land with cereals, potatoes, vegetables, strawberries and herbs and over half a hectare with 350 apricot trees.
